Litrow is an experienced civil and commercial litigator, having appeared at all tiers of the judicial system, including before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council. He has acted for multinational corporations, major banks and other financial institutions in complex commercial disputes.

He has extensive experience advising clients on all aspects of commercial disputes spanning a broad range of subjects, including enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, civil fraud, enforcement of securities, and trusts disputes. He is also experienced in the use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, having appeared in negotiations, arbitrations and mediations. Litrow is often involved in advancing or opposing applications for interim relief such as injunctions, stays of execution, disclosure orders, and stays of proceedings.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from the University of the West Indies, where he graduated as the Valedictorian for his class and served as President of the Law Society. In 2022, he obtained a Master of Laws from the University of Toronto with a focus on corporate and commercial law. He tutors at the Faculty of Law, UWI Mona, with his most recent involvement being the supervision of final year students undertaking Supervised Independent Research.

Prior to joining Agon Litigation, Litrow worked in the Litigation Department at Myers, Fletcher & Gordon, a leading onshore commercial law firm in Jamaica.
