Anna is a dispute resolution lawyer qualified in British Virgin Islands (BVI), England and Wales and Russia. She has more than 10 years’ experience acting on cross-border commercial litigation, international arbitration, matters related to Commonwealth of Independent States and other emerging markets. Anna recently passed her exam for Higher Rights of Audience and is qualified as a Solicitor Advocate.

Anna’s practice focuses on complex cross-border disputes. She acted on a number of litigation proceedings in BVI, international arbitration proceedings under the LCIA, the ICC, the UNCITRAL, ICSID rules and High Court litigation proceedings in England and Wales.

Anna started her legal career in 2007 as a corporate lawyer in the Moscow office of Berwin Leighton Paisner, Goltsblat BLP (previously Pepeliaev, Goltsblat and Partners), where she represented major domestic and international clients in M&A transactions. After obtaining her LL.M degree with Queen Mary, University of London in 2011, she joined Stephenson Harwood as a litigation lawyer in London. Anna was seconded by Stephenson Harwood to London Court of International Arbitration where she worked as Counsel. In this capacity, she oversaw a number of international commercial arbitrations in a wide range of industry sectors including construction, engineering, commodities, finance, mining and energy. Anna went on to work in International Arbitration teams at Debevoise & Plimpton and Simmons & Simmons in London. Before joining Agon Litigation, she was part of BVI Dispute Resolution team at Ogier.
